Job Summary:

The basic purpose of this role is to ensure sales of entire product range by assisting the Sales

Management and guiding the BDEs in their functioning

Job Details:

To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and promote the entire

range of products and service offerings

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via

telephone calls and emails

Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance and

thereby retaining the customers

Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis

Assist in developing, communicating and driving the Sales Strategy down the line and thereby

ensuring that the whole team is aligned to sales strategy of the business

Assisting and guiding the BDEs in their functioning

To ensure timely execution & collection of payments from time to time

Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services

Number, value and income target achievement

Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads
